Commercial-grade fire-rated SVR (surface vertical rod) exit device for labeled fire doors. Available in 36" or 48" lengths and Satin Black or Aluminum finishes. EXIT ONLY — outside trim not included.
This fire-rated surface vertical rod (SVR) exit device is designed for commercial openings where code-compliant egress and dependable latching matter. The SVR design provides top and bottom latching, making it a strong choice for medium stile doors in high-traffic environments.
