Made from flexible high-temperature silicone, the S773BL uses a specialized triple-fin profile to help block light, sound, smoke, drafts, and air infiltration around the door perimeter.

The self-adhesive backing allows fast installation on properly prepared door frames without mechanical fasteners, making it an excellent choice for commercial, hospitality, healthcare, office, and institutional openings.

Installation & Storage Note

For best adhesion, the mounting surface should be clean, dry, and free of oil, dust, and debris before installation.

Pemko specifies a limited shelf life of approximately six months from purchase and recommends storing the product between 50°F and 100°F before installation.
