This surface vertical rod (SVR) panic exit device is designed for commercial doors where reliable egress and dependable latching matter. The SVR configuration provides top and bottom latching, making it an excellent choice for high-traffic openings that require stability and consistent performance.

EXIT ONLY means the device provides panic egress from the inside only. If outside entry is required, compatible outside trim must be purchased separately.
