The ABH PT1000 Concealed Power Transfer provides a secure and discreet method of transferring electrical power or data from the door frame to electrified hardware installed in the door. The unit mortises into the edges of the door and frame, remaining completely concealed when the door is closed for a clean, tamper-resistant installation.

Constructed entirely from metal—including the backboxes—the PT1000 is designed for dependable performance in high-traffic and high-abuse commercial openings. It includes ten 24 AWG wires rated for a maximum of 24 VDC at 1 amp and is supplied in a S5 Dark Bronze Finish.

Compatibility Note

The standard PT1000 is intended for conventional hinge and offset-pivot applications. It is not designed for swing-clear hinges, center-hung doors, pocket pivots, butt hinges larger than 6 inches, or 1-1/2-inch offset pivots.
