Heavy-Duty Storefront Design

Unlike conventional hinges that support the entire door weight from the frame jamb, an offset pivot transfers the weight of the door to the floor-mounted bottom pivot.

This design helps provide:

• Smooth door operation

• Reduced door sag

• Improved alignment

• Long service life

• Reliable performance in high-traffic commercial entrances

Adjustable Bottom Pivot

The bottom pivot provides approximately 1/8" of vertical adjustment, allowing the installer to fine-tune door height and alignment during installation or service.

This is especially useful when correcting minor dragging, clearance, or alignment issues.
