Postal Carrier Access

The GT-OP2 allows authorized postal personnel to enter a secured building using a postal-service-issued key.

The postal lock is installed behind the designated key opening in the GT-OP2.

When the postal carrier operates the lock:

1. The postal lock changes the GT-OP2 switch state

2. The timer circuit activates

3. The door-release relay changes state

4. Connected locking hardware releases

5. The entrance remains released for the selected time

6. The relay automatically returns to normal

This provides controlled postal access without requiring a resident, concierge, or building manager to answer an intercom call.
