How It Works

The RY-1824L installs between the door-release output of the Aiphone intercom system and the external locking device.

Instead of forcing the master station's internal contacts to directly handle the electrical load of the lock, the intercom activates the RY-1824L relay.

The relay then switches the separate power circuit for the:

This helps reduce electrical stress on the intercom system.

Form C Relay Operation

The RY-1824L provides both:
