Improved Camera Viewing Angle

When an IX-DV is mounted flat beside a wide or double-door entrance, the camera may point away from the visitor's normal standing position.

The SBX-IXDV30 positions the IX-DV outward at a 30° angle, helping direct the camera toward the entrance and improve visitor identification.

This is especially useful for:

• Wide commercial entrances

• Double-door openings

• Aluminum storefront entrances

• Offset door-station locations

• Security vestibules

• Building entrances where the station cannot be centered

Designed for the Aiphone IX-DV

The SBX-IXDV30 is specifically designed for the:

Aiphone IX-DV – IP Video Door Station

The mounting box is shaped and drilled to properly support the IX-DV while providing space behind the station for cabling and optional connections.

Mounting Options

The SBX-IXDV30 can be installed:

• Directly to a flat wall surface

• Over a standard 1-gang electrical box

• Over a compatible 1-gang mounting ring

CAT-5e or CAT-6 network cabling passes through the rear opening and remains concealed behind the IX-DV.

Heavy-Duty Stainless Steel Construction

The SBX-IXDV30 is manufactured from 16-gauge stainless steel, providing a rugged mounting solution for commercial entrance environments.

The polished stainless steel finish coordinates with the IX-DV and provides a clean architectural appearance.

Typical installation includes:

1. Mount the SBX-IXDV30 to the wall or 1-gang box.
