3/4" Nylon Brush Seal

The flexible nylon bristles extend approximately 3/4" from the carrier to help close the gap beneath the door.

Brush sweeps are particularly useful where the floor or threshold is not perfectly level because the individual bristles can flex independently.

Brush Sweep vs. Vinyl Sweep

Nylon Brush Sweep

Vinyl Blade Sweep

Provides a more continuous solid seal and may be preferred where tighter contact against a smooth threshold is desired.

Installation

The sweep mounts directly to the lower face of the door.

For proper installation:

1. Close the door.

2. Position the sweep along the bottom edge.

3. Allow the brush to make light contact with the floor or threshold.

4. Mark the mounting locations.

5. Secure the carrier to the door.

6. Open and close the door to confirm smooth movement.

Do not compress the brush excessively, as this can increase drag and shorten service life.
