Installation

The sweep mounts to the lower exterior face of the door.

For proper installation:

1. Close the door.

2. Position the sweep along the bottom edge.

3. Orient the rain drip toward the exterior side.

4. Adjust the vinyl blade for light, consistent threshold contact.

5. Mark the mounting-hole locations.

6. Fasten the sweep securely to the door.

7. Cycle the door several times to verify proper closing and latching.

Proper Vinyl Adjustment

The vinyl blade should make enough contact to provide a weather seal without excessive compression.
