Hands-Free Communication

When a visitor calls from a compatible GT Series entrance station, the GT-1A sounds its call tone.

Press the TALK button once to establish communication.

The station can operate using:

Hands-Free VOX

Voice-activated communication allows natural conversation without continuously holding a button.

Push-to-Talk

In noisy environments, the GT-1A can be operated in push-to-talk mode for greater control over audio transmission.

Door Release

The GT-1A includes a dedicated door-release button.

While communicating with a visitor, press the door-release button to unlock the entrance associated with the active call.

The actual electric locking hardware and control equipment are part of the GT Series entrance system and are sold separately.

Security Guard / Concierge Call

The GT-1A can call a compatible GT Series security guard or concierge station.

This allows residents to contact building personnel directly from the tenant station.

Compatible equipment includes:

System programming and configuration determine the available guard-station functions.

Optional Service Button

The GT-1A supports an optional SERVICE button function.

Panic Call Capability

Because the GT-1A is an audio-only tenant station, separate video wiring is not required.
