Installation & Compatibility

The Aiphone IX-DVF-6 is designed for integration with compatible Aiphone IX and IXG Series IP Video Intercom Systems.

The station connects to the network using standard Cat-5e or Cat-6 Ethernet cabling and can be powered through a compatible IEEE 802.3af PoE connection or an approved 24V DC power supply.

The six call buttons are connected to the station's contact inputs and can be programmed to call different answering groups. This allows visitors to contact specific departments or designated personnel without requiring separate entrance stations.

The included flush-mount back box provides a secure installation into a prepared wall opening. For surface-mounted applications, the optional Aiphone SBX-IXGDM7 surface-mount enclosure can be used.
