Installation & Compatibility

The Aiphone IX-DVF-HW is designed for integration with compatible Aiphone IX and IXG Series IP Video Intercom Systems.

The station connects to a network using standard Cat-5e or Cat-6 Ethernet cabling and includes the SBX-IDVFRA surface-mount enclosure for installation.

The integrated touchless sensor connects through the door station's programmable contact input and uses the included PS-POE module for power.

Important Installation Requirements:

• A compatible PoE+ network switch is required for the standard touchless sensor installation.

• The touchless sensor must be programmed through the Aiphone IX Support Tool.

• The sensor's trigger input must be assigned to the appropriate calling group.

• Compatible Aiphone answering stations are required for normal intercom operation.
