For best results, the patch should extend beyond the damaged area on all sides to provide sufficient bonding surface.

40V Vinyl Construction

The patch is manufactured from 40V vinyl for use on compatible commercial dock seal surfaces.

The durable material is designed to provide a flexible protective repair over damaged areas exposed to everyday loading dock use.

Always verify compatibility with the existing dock seal cover material before installation.

Adhesive Included

The kit includes adhesive for bonding the vinyl patch to the prepared dock seal surface.

Proper surface preparation is important for a successful repair.

Before applying the patch:

• Remove dirt and debris

• Clean the repair area

• Allow the surface to dry completely

• Trim loose or damaged material when necessary

• Test-fit the patch

• Apply adhesive according to the supplied instructions

• Press the patch firmly into position
