The Detex 03P-628 Night Latch Pull Trim provides controlled exterior entry for compatible Detex V40 and V50 Value Series exit devices.

Featuring the 03 night latch function, the door remains locked from the exterior until an authorized user operates the rim cylinder with a key. Turning the key retracts the exit device latch, allowing entry while maintaining free egress from the pushpad side.

The 03P wide pull plate is designed to cover a standard 161 cylindrical lock preparation and features a durable 628 / US28 Satin Aluminum finish for commercial applications.

This listing is supplied less cylinder. A compatible rim cylinder is required and sold separately.

Function

The 03 function provides controlled exterior access:

• Door remains locked from the exterior

• Authorized user inserts and turns the key

• Key operation retracts the exit-device latch

• Door can then be pulled open from the exterior

• Key is removable only when returned to the locked position

• Interior pushpad continues to provide free egress
