Built on Detex's super-heavy-duty Advantex 10 Series platform, this electrified rim panic device combines weatherized electric latch retraction with an integrated weatherized Request-to-Exit switch.

The motorized ER function simultaneously retracts the latchbolt and pushpad, allowing the opening to be remotely unlocked or electrically dogged through a compatible access-control system. The EX W switch monitors pushpad operation and provides a signaling output for integration with security and door-control systems.

This configuration is designed for 48" / 4' doors and includes the Detex 99 Surface Strike with a durable 630 Brushed Stainless Steel finish.

ER – Electric Latch Retraction

The ER Electric Latch Retraction option uses a continuous-duty electric motor to retract both the latchbolt and pushpad.

When an authorized signal is received, the device can electrically retract for:
